Or perhaps dadlopnik. Neighbor found a couple of girls bikes on the side of the road. Gave them to us since they were in working condition and we had a girl.

I just bought some training wheels and attached them. Also sprayed some PB Blaster to penetrate the rust. Now...to teach her how to peddle. Ztp jr also seemed to enjoy pretending to wrench (err, sticking a screwdriver into ever hole, but I’m counting that as beginning to wrench) more than trying to ride. So fellow opponauts, we may a future wrencher on our hands.

On a side note, so far every neighbor I’ve met here, I’ve liked. I mean, the chances of that are slim, but it has happened. Growing up, my parents always had that ‘one’ neighbor. Here, nothing. It’s amazing.

Advice for all people who have great neighbors: NEVER MOVE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

its the absolute best. We’ve also banded together to borrow tools if someone doesnt have it. How many neighbors actually do that. Usually it’s “so I need to do this thing, but I’m not sure how” “oh, I got a tool that can help, I’ll let you borrow it.”

Ha, the red mower is my neighbors, the green is mine and not working. The red one has been at my house for nearly a year now, since I keep running into budget and other issues fixing the green one.

I one time asked another neighbor to borrow his chain saw. He gave me his extra one since he had 5.

You can’t make this stuff up.

Be prepaired to change the inner tubes. My couple used bikes needed them almost instantly.

Cheers to good neighbors. I get along with most of mine since we all never speak. Kind of shitty, but I may be that one neighbor.

I’m still learning my neighbors. I re-met one yesterday, she’s an older lady but she was polishing her motorcycle in her driveway. I struck up a conversation and we had a hoot. Last time we talked was to watch the aftermath of another neighbors chimney fire.

Good times.
